Life is full of happiness and problems.
Who does not have any problem in the life? Everyone has their own issues and situations.
People feel depressed, frustrated and unhappy all the time if they always think about problems.
Thinking about the problem will never resolve the problem.
Running away from the problem will also never resolve it but still it depends and works in some cases.
If you ask someone what is happiness then one might tell you its money but other will say its family, third person will say its travelling. So there is no definition to happiness. Its different for everyone and its in your mind. Today I think I am happy because I have money. After 10 years money won't matter to me that much and its something else that will make me happy. So its a state of mind that makes you think you are happy or sad. You can use the same thing for unhappiness or sad situation.
So now if you agree that its a state of mind then we need to learn on how to manipulate our mind. Lets say you have a problem that's bothering you then thinking about it will not resolve the problem but it will definitely bring anger and stress which is harmful to only YOU and not someone else. Stress and anger will hurt you and hurt your decision making power too. Things always doesn't go as you planned, of course try to resolve it but if you can not then just leave it, try to not think about it and ignore it.This may or may not resolve the problem but if you stop thinking about it, you will actually feel relaxed and happy.
